As a Speech-Language Pathologist, my role at St. Patrick School is to provide special education services to students with communication difficulties that interfere with their academics. I work with students from preschool to 12th grade. My caseload may consist of students with delays in speech, using or understanding spoken language, stuttering, and social skills.
Bev Kasper – Occupational Therapist email@example.com
Trisha Hassett – School Psychologist firstname.lastname@example.org
Kristen Schrauben – Teacher Consultant email@example.com
As the Teacher Consultant, my role at St. Patrick School is to support the teachers in implementing a student’s NPSP (non public school plan) for special education services. My caseload typically consists of students with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Emotional Impairments or Health Impairments as their eligibility for special education. I develop and hold each student’s annual NPSP with a team consisting of parent, student, administration, other support services and the general education teachers. At times, I also meet with the students to help assist in their aides/services such as tests read aloud, small group setting, accommodated assignments.
St. Patrick School also participates in the Peer-2-Peer Program.
